Swallow will be joined on the Border by director of coaching Darren Crocker.
Former Kangaroo defender Nathan Grima will be master of ceremonies at the function at Huon Hill Hotel from 12pm on February 19.
North Melbourne has former Ovens and Murray players Kayne Turner and Jack Ziebell on their list and held a similar function in Wodonga last year in a bid to strengthen their ties in the region.

Meanwhile, Richmond will visit the Border next week as part of the AFL community camp.
Players will train and visit schools with a function to be held at Albury’s Commercial Club on February 9 from 6.30pm.
