Ms Snowden is the person behind the popular blog The Lego Farmer, which became Little Brick Pastoral, celebrating Australian agriculture through unique photos of a Lego farmer.
She hoped to positively promote Australian agriculture to the next generation, to help ensure the brightest and most creative, young minds enter and stay in primary industries.
The other three finalists are from Orange, Narrabri and Canberra.
The state winner – who will win a $10,000 bursary – will be named in March, with the national Rural Women’s Award to be presented on October 12 at Parliament House in Canberra.
