Jones smashed 69 in his first innings against Howlong, adding more batting strength to go with Ranaweera and captain Damian Jenvey.
In other matches this round, Bethanga host Barnawartha-Chiltern, top-of-the-table Dederang tackle Wodonga, reigning premiers Eskdale are at home to Howlong, and Yackandandah play Kiewa.
