Gnocchi di susini

200g flour
1kg potatoes
small dark pitted plums, one per gnocchi
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp cinnamon
splash of oil
butter
salted water
2 handfuls of bread crumbs
Method
Boil washed potatoes, peel when cool then mash.
Mix with flour, eggs and oil to create a dough.
Combine the cinnamon and sugar.
Split open each plum, add some cinnamon and sugar mix, then close plum up.
Roll dough out into hand-sized portions.
Add a plum to each portion and then roll it into a ball.
Boil gnocchi for 10 minutes in salted water.
In a small pan, fry bread crumbs in butter.
Spread bread crumbs over each gnocchi.
Add extra cinnamon and sugar if desired.
