It's 400 years since William Shakespeare ''shuffled off this mortal coil" (as he wrote in Hamlet). Should we chip in and buy his ghost a happy death-day thesaurus ... hang on, didn't he invent just about every English word ever spoken? Like, not just the internet, but some dead scholars reckon he coined 1700 words. Right?
