The former Geelong and Richmond forward, who played 94 AFL games, will be a welcome addition to a Power side which has made an indifferent start to the season
Houlihan, who works in corporate merchandise, splits his time between Melbourne and Singapore and his availability is a week-to-week proposition for CDHBU.
Most recently, Houlihan played at VAFA club Old Scotch, where he brought up his 100th game last season.
With Corowa-Rutherglen playing against Yarrawonga on Sunday, CDHBU officials are hopeful Houlihan’s appearance will help attract a bigger crowd on Saturday, with the Power also holding a ladies day function.
Brock-Burrum is the only undefeated team in the competition and shapes as the team to beat.
