Miss Naked Cakes supplies undecorated cakes – naked cakes – on the Border and to Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Brisbane as well as decorated cakes and cupcakes.

Owner/operator Clare Doolan did training in Sydney with Atlantis cake artist Karen Portaleo, of Planet Cake fame.

She moved the business from the Community College bakery after it outgrew its part-time lease.

“We also now offer healthy, wholefood options for breakfast and lunch like yoghurt pots, salads and wraps,” she said.

“We make everything we can from scratch.”

The bakery supplies Clare’s sister Lauren McRae’s organic and allergy-friendly wholefood products.

It offers Fitzroy roastery Industry Beans signature blend and turmeric lattes.

It operates Monday to Friday, 8am until 4pm.
