Stevens was booked for striking Wodonga’s Tim Kindellan during the third quarter at Lavington Oval on the weekend.
Kindellan will also face a striking charge from the same incident after being booked by umpire Michael Bocquet.
The Bulldog midfielder wasn’t offered a set penalty.
Lavington has suffered surprise losses in its last two outings to slip to fifth position on the ladder.
It faces a must-win match against Corowa-Rutherglen on Saturday with full-forward Adam Prior set to return from suspension.
The Panthers have been unable to settle a side this season with the rot starting when boom recruit Luke Gestier went down with a season-ending knee injury in round one.
The tribunal will be held at Albury’s SS&A Club from 7pm.
