Olivia Louise Ridder has been sentenced to eight months in jail for contravening an apprehended violence order.
She must serve at least four months behind bars before becoming eligible for parole.
Ridder has fronted court several times in the wash-up of what magistrate Tony Murray previously described as “quite a volatile relationship”.
That has included once as the victim and her former partner as the defendant.
Ridder, of Bell Street, was in a relationship with the woman for about 10 months in 2015.
The breakdown of that relationship eventually resulted in the court imposing a 12-month apprehended violence order against Ridder, 33, on September 7 last year.
That followed an incident two days earlier where Ridder committed domestic violence against the victim.
It resulted in an interim apprehended violence order being put in place, including a condition that she not approach the victim.
But after being discharged from the Albury hospital emergency department, Ridder called a taxi and went straight back to the victim’s Douglas Road unit.
She entered the unit and immediately started yelling at the victim, calling her a “dog slut”, throwing paperwork at the victim and accusing her of telling lies to the police.
Some property was also damaged, including a hall stand and glass fish bowl that was home to some yabbies.
Ridder also began pulling drawers out and throwing items about as she searched for her phone.
Ridder was found to have later breached a section nine bond over counts of assault and contravene an AVO by failing to meet appointments with Community Corrections.
For this she has been given a fixed term of three months’ jail.
Ridder also breached bail over an incident on March 26 by contravening an AVO by sending 76 texts to the victim.
Some of the texts she sent were abusive.
These included one that read: “I will kill you any day your (sic) ready.”
