Now he wants to do the same thing with Corowa-Rutherglen.
Svarc has been a shining light for the Roos despite their winless start to the season and was rewarded with an interleague berth, where he was one of the O and M’s best players with three goals.
The 21-year-old is looking to continue his strong form when the Roos travel to McNamara Reserve to take on Myrtleford.
“It’s been a tough start to the year at Corowa in the aspect that we haven’t won a game but we have a really good group of young lads so we will stick together,” he said.
“It’s stringing those four-quarter efforts together that will get us a win.”
Werribee’s Jake Sharp will play for Myrtleford against the Roos on Sunday, joining brothers Brady and Ryley for the first time.
