Rutherglen wineries Chambers Rosewood Vineyards and Warrabilla Wines as well as Murray Valley Pork, King Valley Dairy and Murray River Salt are among hundreds of exhibitors statewide.
Matt Moran and Colin Fassnidge will headline the line-up of celebrity chefs.
“I’ve really enjoyed being part of the Good Food and Wine Show in previous years and delighted to be back in Melbourne for 2016,” Moran said.
“It’s always great to be with the passionate foodie crowd in Melbourne as they’re so eager to experience something new.”
Hundreds of exhibitors will showcase innovative products ranging from meats, cheeses, fresh produce, desserts, wine, beer, cookbooks, kitchen appliances and gadgets.
The show will be held at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 10am until 6pm Friday and Saturday and 10am until 5pm Sunday.
