The Demons set up their third win of the season in the second quarter to stay within striking of the top six.
“We have been up and down like a yo-yo all season,” Lenon said.
“It’s been disappointing but there are signs that we are improving.
“The boys were great on Saturday and now we need to back it up.
“It’s all about improving for us.”
Jordan Matthews led the way across half-forward while John Hoey, Andrew Emery, Jordan Harrington and Jeremy Sykes also played well.
Osborne, who sorely missed Jamie Parr, had solid contributors in Duncan McMaster, Matt Rava and Trent Haddrill.
Brocklesby-Burrumbuttock defeated Billabong Crows by 68 points and Henty edged out Holbrook by eight points.
