Benalla councillor Suzy Martin held her position as deputy chair after expressions of interest were conducted earlier in the year.
Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program chief executive Kim Scanlon added a position on the committee to her work with other community organisations including the CFA and Landcare.
Former Wangaratta councillor Tammy Atkins was the third of the community representatives.
She already holds a position on the North East Support and Action for Youth board and had experience in regional economic development.
DELWP acting regional director Darien Wahlquist wished the new members well in wish delivering “habitat restoration, wetland education and research, and nature based tourism activities” for the Winton Wetlands project.
