The 17-year-old targeted Cobram residences in December, January and March, stealing about $1000 in phones and cash from each property.
His home was raided about 9am Thursday and he was charged with three counts of aggravated burglary and one count of attempted burglary.
Detective Senior Constable Matt Trestage said it was fortunate no one was disturbed during the break-ins.
