Tuck passed away early on Friday morning aged 84.
Originally from Strathmerton, Tuck captained Collingwood in its famous 1958 premiership-winning season, but missed out on playing in the grand final due to injury.
Two seasons later he was appointed coach of Corowa and led the Spiders for five seasons with the 1963 grand final loss to Benalla among three finals appearances.
Corowa-Rutherglen coach Terry Burgess is hopeful his young charges can pay their respects to Tuck by putting some lessons they learned in a 181-point defeat to Albury into practice against the Raiders.
“Albury is a really well-oiled, slick machine and our guys got a really good look at that,” he said.
“It was a great opportunity for us to learn from their work rate, their running patterns and their ball use.”
