The 26-year-old South Australian was speeding on the Riverina Highway at Berrigan about 9am on Thursday.
Police checked his licence and realised it was cancelled and his car unregistered.
He was issued a court attendance notice but was caught soon after driving to Deniliquin.
He was charged with the same offences and had bail conditions to stop further offending.
