After Saturday’s shock win over second-placed Lavington at John Flower Oval, the Bulldogs are within two premiership points of fifth-placed Wangaratta.
They take on Albury, North Albury and Wangaratta in the final three rounds.
“A lot of things need to fall our way and we need to keep winning to make finals, but we'll do everything we can to finish off the season well,” he said.
Wodonga matched last season’s seven wins by defeating Lavingtion in a performance Harding rated as equal to any the Bulldogs have produced this season.
They rolled cross-town rivals Wodonga Raiders the previous week.
“It (Lavington win) was as good a win as we've had this year,” Harding said.
“We had a good, even spread from all the boys who are understanding their roles really well.
“Our players and supporters are now turning up to games thinking we can win instead of hoping we do well.”
Veteran forward Daniel Bradshaw was outstanding with five goals against Lavington in only his fifth appearance this season.
While the odds are against him playing on, Harding said Bradshaw and Jarrod Twitt’s experience had been invaluable.
“Braddy was great for us on Saturday,” he said.
“He has been enormous over the last couple of years and so important to our footy club.
“He’s just a ripping bloke.
“The boys love having him around the place and we are so grateful to him and Twitty for what they have been able to do over that period.
“Hopefully they will continue to stay involved in some form next season.”
Albury is a good chance of regaining Dean Polo from injury for Saturday’s clash at Wodonga.
He was replaced in the Tigers’ selected side at the weekend by promising youngster Cooper Page.
