After losing to North Ballarat, Geelong and Calder at the ground this season, coach Leon Higgins is eager to turn the tables.
“We need to perform well against quality opposition on a ground that we haven’t played well,” Higgins said.
“Ram’s Arena rewards those teams who have the ability to use the ball well, and those who have the courage to run hard to defend and attack.”
The Bushrangers have bolstered their midfield depth with Albury’s Fletcher Carroll returning from GWS duties while Ben Paton (North Albury) is back from an ankle injury suffered at training.
Albury’s Ben McIntosh will make his debut after strong form at club level.
“Ben is a fantastic young man who has worked extremely hard since pre-season commenced back in November,” he said.
“He runs really well and can find the ball.”
Saturday’s match starts at 12pm.
