There were emotional scenes in the Waubra club rooms in honouring Jesse Cullinan’s football retirement. Jesse took the whole occasion in his stride, just like he always did. The 16-year-old, who has Down Syndrome, is a popular figure in the Central Highlands Football League juniors and bowed out on a significant milestone of 100 games.
