Ohlin picked up three votes in the Swans’ final round loss to Cudgewa to finish two clear of the Blues’ Dane Arthur and Corryong coach Evan Nicholas.
Cudgewa’s Corey Rochow kicked nine majors in the same match at Cudgewa earlier this month.
Ohlin missed Saturday’s second semi-final and the best and fairest count due to commitments in Bali.
He is set to return for this weekend’s preliminary final.
In the reserves, Tumbarumba’s Brendon Lane was triumphant.
Roo Samara Clarke took out the A grade netball best and fairest award.
Cudgewa’s Michael Voight and Corryong’s David Low took out the Corryong Courier-Bendigo Bank Footballer of the Year award.
In the netball award, Federal’s Sallie Findlay was successful.
About 120 people attended the vote count at Corryong.
