Cook kicked 12 goals, including eight before half-time, as the Tigers roared to a 20.12 (132) to 6.7 (43) victory in the elimination final.
The Hawks, who went into the clash without injured co-captain Wylie Jackson, kicked the first two goals of the match but it was all one-way traffic after that as the Tigers ran amok.
Cook feasted on the midfield dominance of Matt McNamara and Cameron McNeill while young wingmen Brad Dalbosco and Justin Cooksey impressed on the open expanses of Sandy Creek.
The Tigers have one of the most potent forward lines in the competition in Cook, Josh Spence and Jordan Wolff and will be looking to carry their impressive form into next Sunday’s first semi-final against Rutherglen.
“As a team, that was our best four-quarter performance of the season,” Tigers coach Mitch Exton said.
