Mycobacteria infection risk: heart surgery patients warned, equipment removed

Concerns over a rare infection have prompted NSW health authorities to replace cardiac surgery equipment at four Sydney hospitals as a precaution, and advise recent open heart surgery patients to consult their doctors.
