The September 16 event aims to celebrate the unique laneways in central Albury.
It will also mark 100 years since electricity was turned on for the whole city.
Toff Interiors owner Jemimah Fulton said all the retailers would be open late.
“I think the biggest thing for all of us is to raise awareness we are here,” she said.
“It's such a cool, little hub Albury has hidden down these lanes and the best thing is it’s all independently owned.”
Albury Council will lift the alcohol-free zoning that applies to the areas of Volt and Amp lanes during the event.
Fashion parades, a silent disco and pop-up bars will run from 5.30pm to 9pm.
