Brock, 62, appeared briefly via video link in Wodonga Magistrate’s Court last week.
He has been accused of raping a teenager at his home in May and is in custody.
Brock allegedly touched and digitally penetrated the girl before taking her by the wrist into his bedroom on May 1 and having sex with her.
Police later seized clean and dirty bed sheets and condoms from the house.
He has been in custody since his arrest after having a previous bail application denied.
There are two applications for personal safety orders pending against the Wodonga man.
The applications were adjourned while Brock remains behind bars.
He is next due to appear before court in October.
