Outgoing co-coach Daniel Maher, who was mildly irritated by a teammate's impersonation of him with the boots hung up, said the team's success was still sinking in.
“It’s the memory of a lifetime that 21 blokes get to share together,” he said.
“We'll look back on this over time and be grateful for the experience.”
The Tigers defeated Lavington in Sunday's grand final, 9.17 (71) to 4.7 (31).
