More than 8000 people are expected to attend the Coeliac Victoria and Tasmania Gluten Free Expo at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
About 100 gluten-free exhibitors will offer handmade pasta, pizza and souvlaki.
The expo will feature a gluten-free Street Food experience with popular food trucks like Happy Camper Pizza.
It runs 9.30am to 4pm daily.
