The club is keen to attract footballers, netballers, basketballers, hockey players and school athletes with a view to improving skills for their chosen sport.
“The club offers coaching for all disciplines – sprinting, middle and distance running, hurdles, throws and jumps,” club coach Les O’Brien said.
The Come and Try session will start at 4.30pm at Alexandra Park with registrations and information.
Meanwhile, rising star Jackson Whiley has underlined his talent by turning in an impressive showing at the NSW CHS Championships.
He won gold in the 100-metre hurdles and only narrowly missed first place in the 400-metre hurdles.
Whiley will now focus on the Australian All Schools Championships in Canberra in December.
Gollan recently competed in Canada and achieved some strong results.
