Only 10 votes separated the top six players for the Pigeons.
Laura Bourke was the A-Grade netball best-and-fairest, finishing ahead of Toni Wilson medallist Hannah Symes.
Pigeons co-coach Chris Kennedy said the fact that Morey and Walliss are both still in their early twenties was a huge win for the club.
“Logan is only just about to turn 21, he just backed himself in the air and became a strong attacking key defender,” he said.
“In the second half of the season he developed into one of the better defenders in the league in my opinion.
“He and Tom have really had to step up, neither of them are necessarily the biggest players yet but they'll become very important for us in the next few years.”
It's been a productive off-season for the Pigeons so far, with the signing of new co-coach Damian Sexton last week.
