AN undefeated Janelle Peacock helped Rouvray defeat Wurtz four sets to two in section one Tuesday ladies action at Forrest Hill.

Lisa Maginnity and Brenda Roberts also played well with Colleen Gallagher best for Wurtz.

Alysson Moscher was on fire in her team’s four sets to two win over Furst with Chris Mollison a two set winner for Furst.

Spencer accounted for Bulle in the remaining match.

In section two, Barber was never seriously threatened in its five sets to one victory over Byrne.

Kate Horsfall and Tinks Urquhart remained unbeaten for the morning with Vicki Fletcher and Lee Byrne best for the losers.

Adams had the better of a couple of close sets in its encounter with Molesworth, before going onto win five sets to three.

Hodges was far too strong for Sowden.

Meanwhile, this weekend’s North East Veterans event at Euroa has been cancelled due to wet courts.

Albury junior pennant and coaching will continue at the grasscourts on Saturday.
