Lake Hume: should be perfect for this weekend’s big comp - the Leigh Martin Mercury Classic.
The yellas have been biting pretty well considering the conditions we’ve had over the past month or two but they haven’t been going crazy.
They just need some consistent warm weather but who knows, this could be the weekend it all fires.
The Wall: has been great again during the week, with stories coming in every day of good trout and yellas being caught.
Lead fish are the go for the trout and a variety of hard bodies and bibles cranks seem to be working on the yellas. Hopefully the track to the parking area will be reopened soon.
I’m not sure what the delay is but it’s risky at the moment for fishos having to park out at the trout farm and crossing that road at all hours of the day and night.
