The under-strength Lions were bundled out for 83 and last year’s grand finalists responded with 5-169.
Connor Galvin led the way with 49 while Luke Richardson (40), Ed Perryman (28) and Harry Perryman (27) also kept the runs ticking over.
Matt Hensel and Jamie Lennon topscored for Culcairn with 15.
