The annual event, which has been hosted in the city since 1990, had camel rides, an animal nursery and a range of artistic activities for kids to take part in at Wodonga Racecourse on Sunday.
Mother of three Michelle Walls has attended the event for the past three years.
“It gets bigger every year,” she said.
“It’s a really good way to get an idea of what’s available for kids to do around the area and expose them to different activities.
“Everyone seemed quite pleased with the growing number of exhibits there and how many people turned up.”
He children Zach and Abigail took part in painting, drawing, dancing and drumming.
They also attended the animal nursery.
Ms Walls also took her two-month-old, Eden, to the fair for the first time.
“We’ll definitely be heading back next year, for sure,” she said.
According to Wodonga Council, the event attracts 15,000 people each year.
