Emergency services were called to White Star Road at Wandiligong about 12.30pm amid reports the woman had been crushed. 

An Ambulance Victoria spokesman said a rock had rolled down a hill, bounced, and hit the woman in her 20s in the hip. 

“She was taken to Wangaratta hospital in a stable condition,” he said. 

The incident occurred on tracks used for a pine plantation.
