Richardson broke his new bat late in his innings making a surge for a century.
He finished with 92 as Osborne easily chased down Holbrook’s 9-101.
Richardson, who made 40 last weekend, received support from Harry Perryman (17) as the visitors replied with 4-146 off 40 overs.
After being sent in, Holbrook struggled to score with spinner Ed Perryman the chief destroyer with 4-28.
Mick and Dean Glanvill, Harry Perryman and Craig Willis also grabbed wickets.
Josh Jones played well for the Brookers making 31 while Kyle McBain made 11.
Osborne has made a strong start to the season after dismantling Culcairn last weekend and will start favourites against TRYC on Saturday.
Henty defeated arch rivals Culcairn.
