Chasing 134 for victory, the Brookers recovered from a poor start thanks to a fine effort from Josh Jones.
Jones made 62 in the middle-order while Corey McCarthy (33 not out) kept the runs ticking over late.
Culcairn skipper Dylan Pumpa bowled his heart out to take 2-11 off eight overs.
Earlier in the day, Pumpa topscored with 38 before being run out.
Jamie Brand (21) also made handy runs.
TRYC scored a surprise win over Henty at Yerong Creek.
The Swampies struggled their way to 7-105 thanks to handy knocks from Nick Murray (22) and Mark White (21).
But TRYC skipper Todd Hannam rallied his troops and they hit the winning runs with five wickets to spare.
Hannam (31), Tom Yates (25) and Ben Willis (20) batted well.
Osborne had the bye.
