Hannam made 101 in a score of 4-220 before grabbing 3-1 as the Lions were held to 9-107.
“It was good to hit a few in the middle,” the 29-year-old said.
“I had a couple of chances along the way.”
Ben WIllis (46) and Steve Jolliffe (35) also made good scores as TRYC pushed the run rate above five an over.
Hannam, who is the club president, said it was an important win with TRYC now having a 2-2 win-loss record.
“It keeps us in the mix,” Hannam said.
Osborne defeated Henty by 36 runs.
Opener Luke Richardson took his season run tally to 209 with a well-compiled 63 while Dean Glanvill (32) and Connor Galvin (29) also batted well in a score of 6-170.
Glanvill backed it up by taking 3-22 as the Swampies were held to 8-134.
