ALBURY will be shooting for its fourth successive MDGA pennant crown when it takes on Thurgoona in the scratch final at Corowa on Sunday.

Led by Nathan Boehm and Bailey Stewart, the line-up has hit form at the right time of the season and will take beating in the decider.
Stewart has played the last four matches after finishing his studies.
“Everyone is playing well,” Boehm said.
“We are confident, but only as confident as we need to be.”
Thurgoona has come up short against Albury in the last two finals but boast a strong line-up with skipper Simon Hoppe, Nathan Schneider and Zach O’Collins proving hard to beat.
Its only loss of the season came against Albury.
Hoppe is optimistic about his team’s chances.
“We’ve got a really solid side and it was difficult picking the team,” Hoppe said.
“You have to be confident going into a final and we feel we have a good chance.”
The scratch final starts at 11am.
In the handicap decider, Jindera do battle with Holbrook at 10am.
Jindera defeated its opponents during the home and away series with Graham Schilg again shaping as a key player.
Holbrook has been well served by undefeated Gordon Webb.
Eight teams have played in the handicap competition.
Scratch and handicap Player of the Year awards will be announced on Sunday.
