Monument Hill Estate will comprise blocks measuring 453 to 644sq m on Riverview Terrace, where the Lutheran Church developed an aged care home in the 1950s.
The site was converted into student accommodation in the mid-1990s.
Present developer Lysadust Pty Ltd proposed 11 multi-level units in 2014, but this has since changed to land sales.
Stanley and Martin Real Estate sales director Scott Wilkie said initial response to the lots had been positive.
“We’re looking to make it an exclusive, high end development with eight nice blocks,” he said.
