The final tallies were calculated this week following last weekend’s event.
Victorian officers caught 45 people in possession of drugs and more than 70 drug drivers.
Across the border, NSW officers laid 27 drug possession charges and caught 32 people driving with a drug in their system.
Wangaratta Acting Inspector Mick Logan said it was “discouraging” to catch so many people.
Seeing such dangerous behaviour with flagrant disregard for the law and safety of those involved is disappointing,” Acting Inspector Logan said.
“That being said, a large portion of festival goers did the right thing.
“We’re already looking ahead to next year and while we will have a focus on drugs, we will be appealing to drivers leaving the event to stay safe and monitor fatigue.”
Organisers said they were happy with the event.
