Richardson, who has scored 407 runs at 67 this season, was unstoppable as the home team scored 3-191 off 40 overs.
He has made scores of 40, 92, 14, 63, 108 and 90.
Holbrook slumped to 4-41 in the chase before Lewis Bowen (49) and Kyle McBain (40) steadied the ship with an 83-run partnership.
McBain’s dismissal triggered a dramatic collapse with the Brookers falling 57 runs short of victory.
Osborne’s Henry Bennett was the destroyer with 5-20 off eight overs.
Henty defeated Culcairn by 34 runs.
Young Swampie Nick Murray was the difference with 88 while Chris Manns and Dylan Hore picked up three wickets each.
