Max Hillier spent three years there.
“He’s a good player, he’s super quick and can carry the footy,” coach Daryn Cresswell said.
“And that’s why he was in the academy.”

The 18-year-old is coming off a best and fairest season with the Cardiff Hawks in the Newcastle-based Black Diamond League.
He also finished fifth in the league medal.
Hillier is from the same club as Swans’ excitement machine Isaac Heeney, and the youngster has spoken about being inspired by the midfielder’s exploits.
“The AFL is the aim, but this (the O and M) will definitely be the best standard I’ve played, and I just want to play good football,” he said.
Hillier, who turns 19 next month, has travelled from Wagga over the past three Mondays to train with Raiders.
He’s friends with team-mate Shane Munro, the pair growing up in Cobar, in western NSW.
It continues a busy off-season for Raiders, who are doing their best to catch Albury.
The club announced six signings last week, including boom bush on-baller Brodie Filo, who claimed two league medals, in Bendigo and the Northern Territory, in a six-month period.
Four-time Golden Square premiership player Adam Baird will join Filo at the club.
Raiders have lost some talent though, including Hayden and Dean Heta, along with Howlong-bound Matt McDonald.
