Batting first last weekend, Nick Norris was promoted back to the top of the order and posted 33, but it was Cameron Nottle’s knock of 60 which stood out.
Norris is hopeful the Colts have enough runs, but is wary of the dangerous batting line-up the Hawks posses.
“They have a number of blokes who can make hundreds,” Norris said.
“The wicket was quite slow so we thought about 180 was par.
“It was nice to have an even contribution last week because Kent (Braden) has been making most of our runs.”
Delatite requires a further 130 runs to defeat Yarrawonga-Mulwala, Greta are 0-11 in reply to Benalla Bushrangers’ 212, Corowa must chase down Beechworth’s 210, while the clash between Ovens Valley United (156) and Benalla-Violet Town United (1-28) is evenly-poised.
