Rider hits truck on cycle trip
A BIKE rider has been injured after colliding with a semi-trailer between Bright and Mt Beauty.

The 34-year-old Bright man had been travelling on the Tawonga Gap Road towards the town on Friday.
He struck an oncoming truck, heading towards Mt Beauty, about 7.10am.
He was thrown from the bike and received head injuries and was flown to Melbourne for treatment.
Leading Senior Constable Scott Baldock said the man had non life-threatening injuries and was lucky not to be more seriously hurt.
