Sole now has 22 wickets at 10 apiece.
The Crows were skittled for only 95, but then gained the ascendancy, leaving the home team teetering at 6-46.
“The wicket was fine, it was perfect, everyone bowled really well for us, and then East Albury also bowled well,” Albury co-coach Jerim Hayes said.
Luke Brunckhorst top-scored with 28 for the Crows, who then snared Albury openers Sole and Alex Popko for ducks.
Meanwhile, two star players grabbed seven-wicket hauls.
Belvoir captain Matt Jaensch took 7-32 off 23 overs, with 14 maidens against New City.
The Phoenix posted 64, with Belvoir 2-104.
North Albury’s Greg Daniel claimed 7-48 as Wodonga Raiders fell for 105.
North is 3-85.
And Lavington scored 194 against St Patrick’s, with batsmen failing to kick-on.
