Tangambalanga man Daniel Anthony McQuilton has been sentenced to five years and three months jail in the District Court in Albury today.

McQuilton, 21, had previously pleaded guilty to the aggravated sexual assault of a Wodonga woman after she left an Albury dance class in July last year.
Judge Martin Blackmore set a minimum term of three years, making McQuilton eligible for release on August 4, 2011.
