Lost Arts Series organisers will toast presenters of the first series of kitchen, garden and craft workshops with a glass of local wine, beer or mead.
Rutherglen’s Scion Vineyard and Winery representatives will present their wines to accompany each dish of the three-course shared platter dinner from North East chef, Sally Lynch from Taste Trekkers.
Diners will have cured Harrietville trout, crostini and cress on arrival.
Starters feature soy-braised Milawa duck, pancakes, cucumber, shallots, plum ginger and hoisin; Bo la lot – Vietnamese style lemongrass beef in betel leaf; and sticky pork croquettes.
Main comprises slow-cooked Asian sticky Indigo dorper lamb shoulder with coconut rice, roasted stone fruit and accompaniments.
Dessert is plum and orange saffron syrup cake, kaffir lime crumble and coconut ice cream.
The village feast will be held at the Hive Kitchen at Beechworth Honey from 6.30pm. Bookings essential.
