Police were called to Dick Road and Rowen Court early Sunday morning after a baseball bat and letterbox were used as weapons.
Tensions between two groups erupted in violence about 2.30am following noise complaints.
A man was hit with the bat, and a group of revellers retaliated by wrapping clothes around their faces.
A man was then hit with a steel letterbox and had a can of alcohol smashed in his face.
The weapons shattered his elbow, caused cuts and broke his nose.
Inspector Chris Wallace said a 34-year-old Lavington man from Rowen Court was charged with affray, being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence, intimidation and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Police may make further arrests. Witnesses are asked to call (02) 6023 9299 or 1800 333 000.
