This result was slightly lower than the previous month’s figure of 3.4 per cent while the vacancy rate in December 2015 was 3.2 per cent.
Only two other NSW regions had higher vacancy rates than Albury for December – New England (3.7 per cent) and South Eastern (6.3 per cent), which fluctuates owing to seasonal variations.
