NSW is dominating the older age groups, with the Waratahs undefeated in pool one of the under 18 boys.
Waratahs also lead both pools in the under 16 girls.
Victoria leads the competition in three age groups.
The long-time powerhouse is unbeaten in the under 14 girls and under 18 boys, while it has only one loss in the under 16 boys.
South Australia also reigns supreme in the three categories, in the under 14 and 16 boys, along with the under 18 girls.
NZ is proving a force at under 14 level.
Three venues are hosting the event, the regular rounds to continue on Thursday, with the bulk of the finals on Friday.
The grand finals will be held on Saturday.
