The Rock fell to wooden spooner Culcairn in round 10.
Culcairn scored 163, but the favourite was unable to run the target down, falling 25 runs short.
Holbrook is coming off the bye.
And Osborne will look to maintain its charge towards the minor premiership when it hosts Culcairn.
Osborne proved too strong last week for Henty, sealing the crucial wicket of fomer St Patrick’s batsman Grant Gardiner for only six after he was run out.
Henty never recovered from that, and was bowled out for only 100.
Osborne now holds a 26-point lead over The Rock.
Henty is another 29 points in arrears, with Holbrook just one back.
There’s four games left after Saturday’s round 11 fixtures.
The grand final will be held on March four.
